Billing, Cancellation, and Refund

Vicinism is not yet a formed legal entity. Entity formation, LegalShield/counsel review, and final launch approval are pending. JC Gonzalez-Ramirez is the only interim accountable owner for this public preview.

Future pricing, if approved: $12 for the first twelve months, then $1 monthly until canceled. This is future pricing only. No payment, renewal, cancellation, receipt, refund, or account recovery flow is active for public members while legal review is pending.

Current payment mode

Live collection is not approved in this preview. Public membership payment and activation are closed server-side before checkout, before personal-data member records, and before recovery email.

Receipts, failed renewal, and account state

Those lifecycle states are draft design requirements only. No public account can become active, past due, canceled, or receipt-capable until the release gate is opened by a separate final approval record.

Cancellation, refund, and recovery

Cancellation and recovery are disabled because no live public member accounts exist. Future live refunds require a separate published go-live policy before live collection begins.
