Accountability judgment
Keep conflict-of-interest rules, correction paths, minority reports, and public reasoning strong enough for people outside the room to trust the process.
Local organizing sense
Understand how neighborhood work actually happens: listening, coalition repair, institutional relationships, public constraints, and consequences close to home.
Operations maturity
Bring fundraising, compliance, budgeting, delivery, or nonprofit operating experience without turning the movement into a donor project.
Rights-floor stewardship
Protect equal dignity, nonviolence, privacy, anti-corruption, and due process as the floor beneath every local adaptation.
Independence
Name conflicts early, resist capture, and stay comfortable with transparent limits while Vicinism moves from preview to reviewed structure.
